Same-day serviceWhy San Jose Calls Us
Most repair calls are handled the same or next day - springs and openers don't wait.
Trained techs, proper spring tools, and the insurance to back the work.
A written quote at the door before any work starts - no surprise add-ons.
We diagnose the actual cause, not just the symptom, so the door stays fixed.
Fully stocked trucks mean most repairs are finished on the first visit, no second trip.
A Houston-based team you can reach directly, not a national call center.
How It Works
Call or request a quote and describe what the door is doing - noise, off-track, won't open.
A tech inspects the springs, tracks, opener and panels and gives you a written price first.
Most repairs are done on the same visit; installs are scheduled around you.

Good to Know
Depends what's actually failed. A snapped spring or worn cable on an otherwise solid door is usually worth fixing. But if the door itself is warped, the panels are dented past square, or the track geometry is the old one-piece style with no parts support, replacement often costs less over time than repeated patch repairs. We'll tell you which situation you're in before we recommend either.
Gears wear out, capacitors weaken, and logic boards that old don't always take a remote signal reliably anymore. It's not one dramatic failure, it's cumulative - thirty-plus years of daily cycles on parts that weren't built to last forever. At some point replacing the opener outright is cheaper than chasing intermittent failures on the old one.
Some, not all. A lot of the original one-piece hardware from houses built in the 1957-1987 window isn't something big suppliers stock anymore. We'll check what's needed on the actual visit and tell you straight if it's a special-order part or if replacement makes more sense than waiting on it.
